Patch for G-D-P to accept german Grim Fandango data files for ResidualVM

Hello,

since GIT ebb3a9c ResidualVM supports the german CD version of Grim 
Fandango that i own. I've checked that version out and made a complete 
playthrough of the game, and everything works as it should (no problems 
with the elevator scene and so on).
So i've now made a patch for GDP to support this version, and also 
included the other md5sums for the french, italian and spanish versions 
of the game (commented out), taken from the ResidualVM source, for later 
use. I've also re-organized the file to use the new size_and_md5 
mechanism, as it makes the file much more readable. There's one small 
issue left, when running GDP for the german version, the demo data file 
for the english version also gets created. I'll take a look at the 
source tomorrow and see if i can make a quick fix for that, but it's no 
show-stopper.
Please have a look at this patch, and if it's ok, commit it to the 
repository. Thank you!
