Bug in G-D-P in generation of chexquest2-data

PS: I added 2 exceptions that got triggered during "make check",
so this kind of errors at run-time can't happen anymore.

The exceptions should now mostly happen in __init__
functions to avoid to ship a "brown paperbag release".

Having more people working on this is welcome.
Drawing some DFSG icons too, a PyGI gui (gtk3)...

If you have any hard-to-come by dubbed version of a game that'll be great too.

ex: for "Indiana Jones and the Fate of atlantis, GOG.com sells
the english CD version, but french/german/... packages are only the floppy
versions without voices ... :-(
