Addition of german version for Day of the Tentacle

Hi all,

here's a small patch to add the german version of Day of the Tentacle, 
taken from a collector's CD named "Lucasarts Cartoon Adventures" (which 
also includes Maniac Mansion and Sam&Max). I'll make patches for german 
MM and Grim Fandango tomorrow, while looking for the CDs i also found 
the german version of Curse of Monkey Island, should i make a patch for 
that, too?
