interaction ecwolf vs game-data-packager

Hi Simon & Fabian,

Is it better to add a new plugin in GDP for ECWolf to support Blake
Stone & Super 3d Noahs Ark;
or to provide extra .desktop files in to-be src:ecwolf for there games
(and TryExec symlinks in GDP-generated .debs) ?

This patch has the weak advantage that it would work with
upstream-provided .deb;
and also that it can repack the icons provided by Steam.

(this also copy DFSG icon of src:wolf4dsl as a fallback)
