Bug#776279: please add support for the Doom 2 Master Levels

Hi,

I would like to close this bug; I don't want to wait that some
omnipotent Doom launcher eventually comes up.

Here is a patch for adding doom2-masterlevels runtime binary package to g-d-p;
this can run by itself without game-data-packager installed.
