Bug#800118: binary directory problems loading mods

hi, sorry for resurecting older report but seems upstream
has made changes around the mod loading system

maybe the next release must be packaged due seem now
with lasted debian package mods load but i noted that
the system path or binary path precedes and loads firts ..

so mod path with packs loaded are mixed with the system default

this are a minor problem but does not help so much if want
to load the mod with original files if are a total conversion and
does not need the default id data files

so i'll will monitoring the upstream and send mail when a release are done
