Package: game-data-packager
Version: 42
Severity: normal
Hi Alexandre,
the video files for the quake2 data packages should be strictly
optional.
I have the game data installed on my system but without the
videos. Nevertheless, I can play the games without any problems in
yamagi-quake2. Only g-d-p complains that it could not package the
data because the video files were missing.
In fact, the game works without them and I am not going to add several
hundret MB of data to my games directory in order to show videos that
I need to click away at each game start anyway. ;)
