As the first issue only affects the campaign mode and the second issue
is fairly easy to work around (just move units aside manually). I find
the game playable despite these and other issues so I'm reducing the
severity of this bug report.

In addition, this bug report is not actionable by Debian, you will need
to discuss the issues with upstream. I suggest posting once for each
issue on the forums, you'll need to register an account first though.
