Hello Mattia,

thanks for your report. This is apparently a regression in Boost 1.61.
At least FreeOrion's upstream thinks so and there is already an open bug
report for this issue on the Boost issue tracker.

I think this issue should be reassigned to src:boost1.61 but I'm just
cloning the bug report for now to allow the Boost maintainer and others
to get involved in the discussion. We can always merge the bugs again later.
