Package: game-data-packager
Version: 43
Severity: wishlist
Hi,
The GOG.com & Steam downloads method are most likely to fail than
the plain HTTP/FTP one: these relies on external tools
that need credentials and may hang at the login phase.
(or you forgot your password that is noted down somewhere)
So the FTP/HTTP downloads, that are mostly about patches
needed to play the games with free engines should only happen
if the GOG/Steam DL succeeded.
