Dear Cowgill-San,
Sorry for very later.

I checked my PC , and found older (maybe very
 older)libglapi.so.* stay behind at /usr/lib32 .

So, this dll seems not to be needed, deleted.
And start PCSX2 , booting a my ripped software, works fine.

 Sorry for miss reporting.
