the performous-tools package's ss_extract tool is capable of reading
singstar dvds and converting them into a format usable by ultrastar and
performous.

as this is not pure unpack-and-repack-as-deb, i'm not 100% sure it fits
in game-data-packager, but what happens in lgeneral with lgc-pg seems to
imply that it is suitable for managing via game-data-packager.

please consider wrapping ss_extract in game-data-packager. (when i find
time to do it, i'll announce that on this bug to avoid duplicate
effort.)
