Bug#843632: RM: colobot [armhf mips mips64el mipsel] -- ROM; Now-enabled tests FTBFS

As of 0.1.9-1, I have enabled building and running the unittests for
colobot. The builds have revealed that the embedded hippomocks library
doesn't support arm* or mips* (and probably, hasn't ever).

Please remove colobot from these architectures: armhf, mips, mips64el
and mipsel from testing, so that colobot 0.1.9 can migrate to testing.

Automated note: this was a request for a partial removal from testing,

Note: really ? Nope. I really want the binaries to be removed from
testing.
