SuperTuxKart must be uploaded soon for not missing stretch

Hi,

if I undererstand it correctly, all 3 RC bugs in SuperTuxKart have been 
resolved upstream.

SuperTuxKart is currently not in testing, and if a fixed version does 
not get uploaded soon it will miss the stretch release.
