If that happens for a case that is a pure rename of a package,
that doesn't sound correct.

I did not have the information that song packages actually exist before 
you mentioned them.

I am not at all interested in the game, but "QA cleanup" sounds better 
than "randomly acts on the BTS".

It seems in this case the bug/suggestion still applies to the version in 
unstable, so I don't have the feeling what I did was wrong.

I agree with you that doing only BTS changes is not necessarily helpful, 
but in addition to searching for bugs in suboptimal states I also sent 
patches to two RC bugs yesterday.
