Bug#841010: [minetest-mod-nether] missing file nether_portal.mts

When running minetest after adding the nether module and activating 
a nethergate, performance was terrible in the netherworld.
The console displayed a lot of file not found for nether_portal.mts

I grabbed the file from github
created a directory called schematics in 
/usr/share/games/minetest/mods/nether/
placed the file in there and it started working.
