Is plib-doc orphaned?

Hi,

plib is orphaned since 2012 (see #674886), but plib-doc is not (see #674892).
That's odd.

Having the team in uploaders (and not as maintainer) in the control file 
is also unusual:
  Source: plib-doc
  Maintainer: Bradley Smith <bradsmith at debian.org>
  Uploaders: Debian Games Team <pkg-games-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org>

Is my understanding correct that plib-doc is actually also orphaned
and should be listed as such at WNPP?
