Mupen64Plus-Qt has not been Updated

The package mupen64plus-qt has a new version (1.10) released last September that has still not been updated in the Debian repos:

The maintainer (sergio_br2 at yahoo.com.br) is unresponsive. Is there another way to get this package updated or update it myself? I'm the developer of the application. Thanks.
