Yes, that's because my PR #129 was merged.

doesn't appear to have received the fixes from PR #129. It also hasn't had
the GNU/anything fixes from Cyril Brulebois (before ioquake3 moved to git)
and Svante Signell (PR #4), which made ioquake3 treat GNU/kFreeBSD and
GNU/Hurd the same as GNU/Linux. I'm backporting that stack now.
