Too much spam on this list

There is a lot of spam on the pkg-games-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org
mailing list.  Perhaps something can be done about it?

A quick count on

just now make me believe 31 of 270 emails (11%) are spam this month.

Perhaps it is an idea to moderate non-whitelisted and non-subscribers?
It can be done fairly efficiently for mailman lists.
