holotz-castle 1.3.14-7+b1 has not yet migrated to stretch because
britney (correctly) thinks it's uninstallable.

It's almost certainly caused the use of dh_installdocs --link-doc. There
are lots of debhelper bugs about this - eg: #747141 and #766711. If you
have debhelper compat 10, dh_installdocs will fail if you do this.
