Bug#858127: penguin-command: Menu entry is missing

Dear Maintainer,

it appears that there is something wrong with this game menu entry as it
doesn't
appear in the menu - not even after restarting the system.

The icon.xpm looks fine in image viewer.

I'm using Plasma Desktop 4:5.8.4-1
