My informal release announcements on Twitter [0] and Mastodon [1] had
a nice echo, with some luck it might bring one or two contributors to
the project.
The original Jump 'n Bump maintainer Fabian Schulze noticed it and
joined the team too. :)
I'd gladly add you and/or Ansgar too if you are interested in working
directly upstream.

Nope, it's still using only Python 2 and PyGTK. The main change
packaging wise for Debian would be to let the makefile install the
embedded version instead of the debian/contrib one which it
supersedes.
