Bug#890482: mednaffe: Won't launch mednafen

Confirmed, it's upstream problem and I can reproduce this problem with 
Amat Coder steps.

diooktput@:~ -> #1: LANG=es_ES.UTF8 mednaffe
Starting Mednaffe 0.8.4
Mednafen 09x configuration file found.
Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is 
discouraged.
Error: Mednafen version is not compatible.
You need 0.9.41 version or above.
