Alexandre has applied your patch.

Where does this "Roland MT-32 Upgrade" come from? Is it something that
can be downloaded, or is it part of some but not all retail releases?

I ask because, if it can be downloaded with non-interactive tools like
wget, then we can teach g-d-p to download it and apply it to all Loom
installations, like the way `game-data-packager quake` automatically
patches Quake 1.01 up to version 1.06. If it can be downloaded, but only
with a web browser, then that's less good, but we can probably still make
something like

    game-data-packager loom ~/loom-ega-files loom-roland-mt-32-upgrade.zip

apply the patch automatically.
