Hi Chris,

those files are dfsg-free. After I uploaded 0.11.6+dfsg-1 to unstable, I
discovered that I could also remove the build directory because we don't
need it to actually build the package.

This is the reason why there is a mismatch between the Files-Excluded
paragraph and the content of the original tarball. Nothing to worry
about. It can be fixed with the next upload.
