Bug#891889: ballz-data license is listed incorrectly

Hi,

Given my past collaboration with the original authors, I believe this is
an oversight!
I'll see what I can do.

Also I wish you wouldn't start mentioning package removal/replacement on
first contact, this is inconsiderate.
