src:chipmunk has had pending changes in git since 2014 which have
not been uploaded. If someone is still maintaining it, please
review and upload those changes, which can now be found in:
https://salsa.debian.org/games-team/chipmunk

Alternatively, if src:chipmunk is no longer required, please reassign
this bug to ftp.debian.org to get it removed, with BTS control commands
similar to these:

severity xxxxxx normal
reassign xxxxxx ftp.debian.org
retitle xxxxxx RM: chipmunk -- RoQA; unused library, no recent maintenance
