Bug#885037: Patch for monster-masher

Hi!

Thanks again for your patches to port monster-masher away from esound
and gconfmm. I only noticed that the Close button in the "Info" submenu
doesn't work as intended. Otherwise the game seems to work. Minor
nitpick: Please consider to submit a debdiff for future patches because
it is easier to apply. (I don't have to figure out the patch order for
example.) One of the patches didn't apply cleanly but this might be
because of git-buildpackage or Git in general.
