Bug#908777: xwelltris FTCBFS: strips with the build architecture strip

xwelltris fails to cross build from source, because the upstream build
strips with the build architecture strip. Doing so not only breaks cross
compilation, but also generation of a -dbgsym package as well as
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip. The attached patch fixes all of that. Please
consider applying it.
