Bug#926695: ezquake: Configuration not stored

Dear Maintainer,

The configuration I choose in the menus are not stored. When I run back
ezquake, the configuration is the vanilla one.
In fact, ezquake creates a symlink to /usr/share/games/quake/* and these files
and directories are not my property.
ezquake should instead create, for example, the ~/.config/ezquake/id1/
directory then symlink every file from /usr/share/games/quake/id1 except the
configuration file that should be copied too.
