Cool. That would definitly help the users, especially if we can give
them a pointer how to get it working.

Yes, this is this bug. I just tried also on my desktop computer, it has
a Full HD monitor, which seems to be enough for gnome to offer the
scaling options, so possibly im might be enough to connect an externam
monitor. (But we should probably discuss that in the other bug)
