Bug#933080: pekka-kana-2 FTCBFS: uses build architecture build tools

Hi,

Pekka-kana-2 was released in version 1.2.3 where bugs were fixed:

  * Renamed non-default CPP variable to CXX
  * Encountered a misspelling on manpage
  * Fix saves and settings path
  * Try to fix negative times on records
