Bug#934972: bubbros: Graphics are too close to copyright infringement

Package: bubbros
Version: 1.6.2-1
Severity: serious
Tags: upstream
Justification: Policy 2.3

Dear Maintainer,

this package includes graphics that are clearly copied from Taito's Bubble
Bobble. I don't think copycat games such as this one are beneficial to the
development of an healthy libre gaming library - gameplay inspired by another
game does not violate copyright AFAIK, but bubbros goes too far and has sprites
that look very similar to those of the games they are copying.

More importantly, I also believe they harm Debian's legal status and
reputation.

As such, I ask that this package is removed from the Debian repos unless all
sprites are replaced with original designs.
