Bug#946373: python3-sfml: copyright file missing (policy 12.5)

Hi,

a test with piuparts revealed that your package misses the copyright
file after installation, which is a violation of Policy 12.5:

After the installation /usr/share/doc/$PACKAGE/ just contains the
changelog files.
