Bug#919733: libretro-desmume: Newer versions have worse performance

I was told that libretro-desmume has been rebased in newer versions.
The new version has worse performance. The old version has been forked
as libretro-desmume2015. So I'm filing this bug to let you know that
it will be a bit more annoying to users if you upload a newer version.
