Bug#920964: pcsx2: Can't map DualShock 3 if using backported linux-image

Dear Maintainer,

When using linux-image 4.9 from stable repositories PCSX2 recognizes correctly
the dualshock 3:  PLAYSTATION(R)3 Controller - but 19, axes: 27, hats: 0

While when using any kernel from backports (at the moment 4.19) it's recognized
wrong:  PLAYSTATION(R)3 Controller - but 17, axes: 6, hats: 0

I've been having this issue with every linux-image from backports.  It seems to
be only working with the default linux-image. I was wondering if there's a
workaround for Debian 9.
