Given that the instructions were very easy, I simply performed the
update and tested jugglemaster aferwards. So #933452 likely isn't going
to cause problems.

I expect that this is not the last transition in the bullseye cycle. For
this reason I intend to continue the deprecation plan.  Having
jugglemaster removed from testing means that its deprecation becomes
more visible while still being reversible if someone speaks up.
