Bug#945826: Server fails for missing boost library

Hi,

the package seems to be a victim of an upgrade of the boost libraries.

| $ ldd /usr/lib/freeorion/freeoriond
| ...
| libboost_python27.so.1.67.0 => not found
| ...

The python27-related bindings are missing:

| $ dpkg -L libboost-python1.67.0
| ...
| /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_python37.so.1.67.0
| /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libboost_python38.so.1.67.0
| ...
