According to #456037, its bytecode interpreter assumes that pointers
can be stored in int without loss of information, which is obviously not
something that can be relied on (although apparently it worked in practice
on amd64 as of 2007-2008).

So the exclusion of arm64 (amd amd64, and s390x, and all other 64-bit
ABIs) from the architecture list is deliberate: it is only built for 32-bit
architectures, where its architectural assumptions are not fatally flawed.
