Control: severity -1 normal

For now, I have worked around this in glib2.0 by removing the libmount
dependency. It looks as though a libmount maintainer (upstream or in
Debian, whoever gets there first!) is going to make this dependency
non-problematic in practice, either by loading libcryptsetup on-demand
with dlopen() (upstream) or by disabling that feature until that
happens (in Debian). When that has happened, I'll re-enable libmount
in glib2.0. Either of these workarounds should be enough to stop Steam
crashing, so I'm lowering the severity of this bug.

It is still a bug that the Steam client crashes when its dependencies
pull in OpenSSL, but that is a bug that Debian cannot solve, because it is
to do with Valve's proprietary binaries; so I'm also tagging this wontfix.
In this case please interpret it as "can't fix".
