not uploading pygame-sdl2 to unstable is causing a cascade effect to
the python2 dependencies of python-pygame-sdl2, for example cython and
transitively python-numpy. I'm not sure how much longer we can wait,
and the cost/benefit proportion is towards removing cython soon;
please consider fixing pygame-sdl2 (also renpy has no rdeps, and since
it's a "framework" possibly the impact of being
uninstallable/unavailable is low)
