Bug#960382: pushover: Renamed to Domino-Chain

Dear Maintainer,

We, the authors of the game Pushover, would like to draw
your attention to the latest developments of our project:

    * Release 1.1 is finally out!

    * The project was renamed from Pushover to Domino-Chain

    * The project moved from GitHub to GitLab

    * On first start, the user directory ~/.pushover
      is automatically migrated to
      ~/.local/share/domino-chain/

Is it possible for you to follow our repackage renaming?
That would be really helpful.  In particular, we propose
to create new Debian packages "domino-chain" and
"domino-chain-data" for release 1.1.

Moreover, we propose to make the existing packages
"pushover" and "pushover-data" transitional, pointing to
"domino-chain" and "domino-chain-data" for seamless
migration of existing players.
