Dear Debian allegro5 maintainers,

As in https://bugs.debian.org/872809 , the following transitional font
packages were removed:

* ttf-dejavu
* ttf-dejavu-core
* ttf-dejavu-extra

Your packages still depend and build-depend on those transitional
packages, which would render your packages uninstallable.

Please note that only replacing the dependencies in debian/control file
is not an option. According to codesearch result in
https://codesearch.debian.net/search?q=package%3Aallegro5+ttf-dejavu ,
the source code of your package is hardcoding ttf-dejavu in various
places. Please consider working on updating debian-specific patches to
fix those occurrences.
