Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0] we noticed that
surgescript could not be built reproducibly.

This is because CMake's RPATH is not stripped, needing us to avoid
it being set with -DCMAKE_SKIP_RPATH=ON.

Patch attached.
