Need help with uploading openal-soft

Hello!

It seems the openal-soft package has languished and we're a few releases
behind. I bumped the version from 0.19 to 0.21 however there have been some
package renames.

The API has added a few entries, but there is one removal. I asked kcat
(Chris) the lead dev about that and he said it was a half-working api call
that was removed as it was never used. So the question is, do we need an
API bump or is it safe as-is?

The binary rename that happened with makehrtf -> makemhr; does that mean it
has to go through NEW again?

There are additional files but I want to put them behind not-installed for
now. Is this okay?

There is also this outstanding bug:

I can't test on kfreebsd, but we have the dep in place now and this is no
longer relevent? Can anyone validate?

What does this mean and how can it be solved?
