Bug#998164: scummvm: please provide a transitional package to take over residualvm

Hi,

ResidualVM has been merged into ScummVM
and it's development has stopped.

So please provide from src:scummvm a transitional
package with a symlink for the binary
or a more elaborate wrapper script if needed.

Please also coordinate to remove residualvm
from testing & unstable.

I can provide a P.R. on Salsa on request.
