Hi!

It seems the upstream for this package has somewhat disappeared, although
its mirror is still available at
<http://triring.net/ps2linux/games/kxl/kxlgames.html>, but that one
does not contain 1.1.7, only up to 1.1.5.

A new project with recent releases (1.2.4 2021-10-01) can be found
at <https://github.com/Quipyowert2/libKXL>, but then I'm not sure
the standing of that project, whether its some kind of fork, or an
official continuation, accepted by other projects etc.
