Bug#1013202: gnubik: Please remove dep on install-info

Dear Maintainer,

The package declares a dep on "install-info". However this dep should only
be needed for info viewers, as they have to care about updating the info index.
Your package do not seem to be an info viewer hence the Dep on "install-info"
is not needed. Consider to remove it.
