Bug#1013429: x32 build failure

Package: freeciv
Version: 2.6.6-1

I've looked at the debian freeciv package build failure at x32 (
https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=freeciv&ver=2.6.6-1 ),
and opened upstream ticket:
https://osdn.net/projects/freeciv/ticket/44917
There's patch there that I used to successfully build the debian
package on x32. Should apply also to freeciv-3.0.2, if you are going
to update to that before fixing more issues on 2.6 series.
